Global Entry includes TSA Pre✓ which is an added bonus. Global Entry allows you to have an expedited process going through customs. If you have entered the country through Seattle then you know this can be very valuable. All of this can be yours for $100.00 for 5 years. Now were are talking. I can pay $100.00 and skip all the madness in customs and have Pre✓ sign me up and my son too!!
I was recently able to use my global entry on my return from Bali and going through customs took me all of 3 minutes. This was worth every penny!!!
All you have to do is:
Step 1: Create a profile and complete the application
Step 2: Pay your money
Step 3: Wait to hear that you have been conditionally approved
Step 4: Log in and setup an interview time at the location of your choice from the list
Step 5: Interview. You will find out if you are approved the same day and it’s ready to be used the next day. If you are not approved you can appeal. Luckily I don’t have to go through that.
Step 6: Entry your known traveler number on every airline you fly!!
